Andrew joined Arlington in 2018 to bring his strategic, investment and operational experience in spirits, wine and beer to the frim. He has a strong passion for consumer products and true entrepreneurial spirit developed during his 8 year career at Diageo. At Diageo he led strategy, M&A and brand & innovation finance for Diageo’s largest market, North America, leading deals across spirits, beer and wine. He also started Diageo’s Corporate Venture Capital group that made multiple early stage investments in spirits and technology companies. Prior to joining Arlington, his last role at Diageo was designing, leading and managing the first Guinness US based brewery and consumer experience in Baltimore, Maryland.
Before Diageo, Andrew was a management consultant with AT Kearney focusing on growth and operational strategies across consumer, retail, technology and industrial companies. Andrew also worked in a variety of roles at General Electric in operations and supply chain.
Andrew holds a B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Union College and an M.B.A. from Carnegie Mellon’s Tepper School of Business. Andrew lives in Westport, CT with his wife and two boys.
