Perry joined Arlington Capital Advisors in June 2010 after receiving an MBA from Vanderbilt University. He has over 7 years of investment banking and finance experience. In his current role, Perry advises middle-market companies on buy-side and sell-side mergers, acquisitions, corporate divestitures, management buyouts, recapitalizations and other corporate finance matters. He is also involved in Arlington’s marketing and business development efforts. Prior to attending business school, Perry worked in San Francisco as an Institutional Equity Sales Representative for Banc of America Securities, now Bank of America Merrill Lynch (NYSE: BAC).
Perry graduated with a B.A. in English from the University of Virginia in 2003. He received his MBA from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University, where he was a Morris Scholar. He is a native Alabamian and an active member of the PARCA Roundtable and the Freshwater Land Trust Junior Board.
Perry holds FINRA Series 79 and 63 licenses.
