Wade Honeycutt

Wade joined Arlington in October 2012 and is actively involved in all phases of the transaction process. He has experience advising middle-market companies on buy-side and sell-side mergers, acquisitions, recapitalizations, growth equity financings and other strategic alternatives. Prior to joining Arlington, Wade was an analyst with Brentwood Capital Advisors, a Nashville-based investment bank focused on the healthcare and technology sectors. Before Brentwood Capital Advisors, Wade was an analyst at New Constructs, an independent equity research firm.

 

Wade graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from Auburn University in 2009, where he was a William J. Nettles Endowed Memorial Scholar. Wade also co-founded and sits on the Board of Directors for the Birmingham Hammers, a semi-professional soccer team that competes in the National Premier Soccer League.

 

Wade holds FINRA Series 79 and 63 licenses.
