Tom joined Arlington in 2024 and is focused on driving the firm’s Restaurant and Multi-unit platform. Prior to Arlington, Tom spent nearly 10 years at North Point where he had extensive M&A experience in the Consumer sector, across Restaurants, Cannabis, Franchise and Multi-unit Concepts. Before joining North Point, Tom began his investment banking career at Cowen in the Consumer Group. Tom received his B.S. from Trinity College, where he was a member of the football team, and he currently resides in Marin County, California.
